Here at adeo Travel, we’ll always be on hand to assist when the unexpected occurs – you can call us locally here at our offices in the UK or on our out-of-hours number outside of business hours. However, sometimes, the best or most immediate point of contact should be an alternative contact or indeed an emergency service – below we outline some advice on what do and what action to take if your encounter unforeseen challenges or have an emergency situation during your travels.

The Out of Hours Number is strictly for use in urgent or emergency situations. This line is contactable 7am to 10pm daily and is a cell-phone contact that will reach a member of our team who is on call. Please note that they may not be at their desk / systems at the time of calling. They will however be able to assess your query, offer suitable advice or guidance on any situation and seek to find an appropriate location to connect to our systems as necessary.

It should also be noted that the on-call agent may not be able to answer immediately if it is unsafe to do so (if they are driving for example) – in this instance please leave a message and they will call you back as promptly as possible. Once we have assessed the situation, resolving an issue may involve contacting third party providers. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we respond to your contact and work to resolve any issue – please rest assured that we are working as swiftly as possible.
