  1. Day 1 London Arrival

    Arrive in to England and make your way to central London (group transfers are available from London Heathrow Airport). The English capital is a magnificent metropolis which combines a vibrant modern culture with a rich history and heritage – your afternoon is free to explore at your leisure perhaps taking in some of the key sites such as Big Ben or the Tower of London. This evening meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Drink and an introduction tour of your hotel.

  2. Day 2 RHS Chelsea Flower Show

    Today we have the pleasure of experiencing the most prestigious flower show in the world at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show which has been held annually since 1913 in the grounds of Chelsea Hospital. We get to behold the array of contrasting award-winning feature gardens, learn new gardening tips and admire the stunning flower displays in the Grand Pavilion. With so many inventive ideas and beautiful sights to enjoy, this truly is a dream come true for anyone who loves flowers and gardening. After the wonders of Chelsea Flower Show, we’ll clink a glass of champagne over a breath-taking scenery of London from the London Eye and head for our included dinner with wine in one of London’s restaurants.

  3. Day 3 London Highlights

    London is a colossal city with plenty of iconic landmarks. This morning, meet your Travel Director and enjoy a guided tour across the city. We’ll spot many of the highlights including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and we’ll pause to take in the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace if it’s running. For lunch we’ll head to a traditional historic English pub. The rest of the day is yours to spend as you please exploring the city or perhaps indulging in a spot of shopping.

  4. Day 4 Kew Royal Botanical Gardens and Hampton Court Palace

    After breakfast, we’ll visit one of England's most characteristic gardens in Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew holding UNESCO World Heritage status. Home to over 300 acres of landscaped grounds, the garden’s highlights include the Treetop Walkway, The Water Lily House and The Princess of Wales Conservatory dedicated to Lady Diana. In the afternoon, we’ll discover the magnificent Hampton Court Palace. This majestic building was once a home of Henry VIII, his wives and the Tudor dynasty. Explore truly elegant and regal State Apartments before enjoying the stroll in palace's beautiful riverside gardens. Returning to London, enjoy the rest of your evening at leisure.

  5. Day 5 Wisley Garden and Cornwall

    This morning, we’ll head to the peaceful environs of RHS Garden Wisley. Given The Royal Horticultural Society membership in 1903, the estate had played an important role in education and science. Soak up the sounds of water flowing though The Rock Garden, scent the sweet roses in Bowes-Lyon Rose Garden or relax in The Alpine Meadow, before continuing to the furthest southwest English county, Cornwall. Synonymous with beautiful coastlines of sweeping golden bays, craggy cliff-tops and traditional fishing villages, the region is associated with traditional English Summer holidays. In the evening, join fellow travellers for an included dinner.

  6. Day 6 The Lost Gardens Heligan

    Today, we’ll travel to The Lost Gardens Heligan; over 200 acres of garden mystery. Forgotten after First World War and sold after Second World War, Heligan was rediscovered in 1990s and were restored on a shoestring budget, a transformation which was hailed by The Times as "the garden restoration of the century"! Discover this Sleeping Beauty and learn more about the history of this magical place. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon at leisure in our Cornish hotel, where we’ll enjoy a dinner together.

  7. Day 7 Bath City and Hidcote Manor Gardens

    Today we return north with a scenic drive through English countryside leading us to the Regency city of Bath. Starting with an absolute must-see, we visit the excellently preserved Roman Baths. Discover the fundamental Roman structures, walk around Great Bath and Sacred Spring, and visit Pump Rooms and ancient Baths, before taking free time to discover Bath itself which is home to elegant regency architecture. After a relaxing stroll, we’ll travel to Hidcote Manor Gardens. This National Trust’s gem is one of the greatest arts and crafts-inspired garden in Britain complemented with uniquely designed open-air areas. Then onto the charming town of Cheltenham located on the edge of the Cotswolds, our base for the next two nights. In the evening, meet fellow travellers for an included dinner in our hotel.

  8. Day 8 Quintessential Villages of the Cotswolds

    Today, we’ll dive in to the picturesque and idyllic Cotswolds. Firstly, we’ll visit the village of Burford. This old and traditional place with many independent shops, classic pubs and lovely cafés on High Street, is a lovely spot in Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We’ll stop by in one of the small tea houses, before heading to the village of Bibury. Once described by William Morris as the most beautiful village in England, it is easy to see why thanks to charming stone cottages (especially the Arlington Row reaching 14th century), Arlington Mill dating back to 17th century and surrounding green areas. Here, we’ll stop for an included lunch with wine, before returning to Cheltenham for evening at leisure.

  9. Day 9 Trentham Gardens, Powis Castle and Llandudno

    Continuing north, we’ll stop in Trentham Estate. This morning, take a stroll around its award-winning gardens and floral labyrinths, overlooking an incredible panorama of Lake Trentham and leafy trees. We’ll enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, before hitting the road towards Wales. Here, we’ll pay a visit to Powis Castle and Garden in the town of Powys. Situated on a little hill, this charming National Trust’s castle is overlooking beautiful terraces, flowers, trees and green acres. Admire the interior collections of the Herbert Family and explore the spectacular elegant manicured and wild gardens, prior to our arrival in Welsh Llandudno. Upon checking in to your hotel, we’ll gather together as a group and enjoy an included dinner.

  10. Day 10 Bodnant Garden, Llanberis and Snowdon Mountain Railway

    Today we explore North Wales. We’ll start after breakfast by heading to Bodnant Garden. This National Trust’s gem hidden behind leafy trees is one of the most beautiful gardens of Britain. With plethora of different plants, flowers and bushes, the gardens are not only pleasant for eyes, but also for nose. Walk under branches of The Laburnum Arch, see the Bodnant Hall overlooking the Lily Terrace and relax by the river and The Waterfall, before visiting the village of Llanberis situated at the foot of the highest peak in Wales reaching 3,560 ft (1,085 m), Snowdon. To reach there, we’ll board the classic Snowdon Mountain Railway enjoying spectacular mountainous views. The rest of your evening will be for you to spend at leisure.

  11. Day 11 Lake District and Hawkeshead

    Saying goodbye to Wales, we continue north to the English Lake District National Park. Possibly England’s most celebrated region of natural beauty, the Lake District is renowned for its breath-taking landscapes of towering peaks and graceful lakes which have inspired artists and poets alike. We’ll then head to picturesque market town of Hawkeshead. Enjoy a stroll on its narrow cobbled lanes between decorated with flowers squares and characteristic white cottages, and stop by in cafés, independent and arts & crafts shops before returning to our hotel by the Lake Windermere. Meet your group and enjoy a delicious included dinner.

  12. Day 12 Beatrix Potter's Hill Top and Levens Hall

    Today is devoted to exploring the beautiful Lake District; first stop will be Hill Top. The house and gardens of Hill Top were once home to renowned children’s author Beatrix Potter famous for her creation "The Tale of Peter Rabbit". She took inspiration for her books from this charming farm and cottage which still burst with colours of fresh fruits and vegetables today. Next, we’ll visit Levens Hall and the adjoining world’s oldest Topiary Gardens from 1690s. Take a walk by the perfectly-shaped trees and indulge in variety of colourful flowers. In the afternoon, we’ll return to our hotel where the rest of your day is for you to spend as you please. Perhaps, you will be tempted with a leisure cruise on Lake Windermere.

  13. Day 13 The Peak District and Chatsworth Estate

    Today, we’ll leave the countryside of the Lake District and continue through the rolling uplands of Derbyshire and the Peak District. We’ll visit the magnificent stately home at Chatsworth House; believed to be the inspiration for Jane Austen's Pemberley in "Pride and Prejudice", the house and grounds were later used in the 2005 film adaptation. You'll enjoy time to explore the stately rooms, halls, quarters and elegant grounds and gardens of this countryside manor, and see the rich collection of art to which 16 generations of the Cavendish family contributed. After an included lunch we’ll continue to the historic city of Nottingham. The evening is yours to spend as you wish. Perhaps have a walk to see some of city’s classic buildings and visit one of the restaurants or pubs.

  14. Day 14 Blenheim Palace, Bampton Village and River Thames Cruise

    Our day starts with visiting the charming village of Woodstock; home of the glorious baroque mansion of Blenheim Palace. This humongous principal residence of the Dukes of Marlborough is a birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. Explore the house and the gardens, before we continue to the village of Bampton. If you’re a "Downton Abbey" fan, you’ll probably recognise few locations from the series in this exact place, as it is here where some of the scenes were filmed. Later, we’ll head back to London. Here, we’ll enjoy a spectacular River Thames Cruise and Dinner to celebrate the journey we had!

  15. Day 15 London Farewell!

    Enjoy the lovely breakfast and say goodbye to your fellow travellers, as the tour ends this morning. Shared transfers to Heathrow Airport are available or if you wish to continue your journey, require extra accommodation or additional rail tickets to other British destination, please let us know.
