What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel all or part of your trip, simply get in touch with us by phone or email and we’ll be on hand to swiftly process the cancellation and offer assistance and advice on what to do next. We endeavour to be flexible wherever possible however, as we incur business costs from the moment you book a trip with us, unfortunately we will generally have to retain deposits and/or apply a cancellation fees in line with our terms and conditions. We will however provide you with all the relevant documentation to aid a claim with your travel insurance provider.
