Certified Brit Agents
At adeo Travel, all of our sales team are Britain destination experts; we reside in Britain and travel throughout England, Scotland and Wales frequently for both work and leisure. However, if that’s not enough to satisfy you that your vacation planning is in the hands of an expert then rest-assured, we have a certificate to prove it! All of our customer facing staff are certified Brit Agents.
The Brit Agent Program
The BritAgent program is a destination training course which has been set up by Britain’s official tourism agency, Visit Britain. The course is split up in to modules covering everything from destination information, to arrivals, airports, attractions and accommodations. At the end of each module, agents are required to complete an online assessment before moving on to the next and are only awarded the Brit Agent certificate once they have completed and passed the assessments for all modules on the program. At adeo Travel we ensure that all of our sales staff and tour organisers have completed this process and graduated the program as certified Brit Agents!
