What happens now?

  • Sit back and relax whilst we do the hard work and confirm all aspects of your trip. Please note that as the vast majority of our vacations are customized it can take up to 48hrs to confirm all segments of your itinerary.
  • Once we have fully confirmed all parts of your trip we will use the payment card details provided to process a 20% deposit which guarantees your booking with us.
  • We will then send you a confirmation email and receipt of payment for your records.
  • At 8 weeks prior to travel your remaining balance will be due, please contact us again to authorize the final payment transaction. We always try to send reminders when balance payments are due but it is your responsibility to contact us to authorize a transaction and late balance payment could result in a delay of dispatch of your travel documents.
  • Once your vacation has been paid in full, we will put together and send out your Vacation Documents Pack which contains all of your travel documents. We aim to have this with you at 4-6 weeks prior to your departure to give you plenty of time to browse through the materials, make any final arrangements and dream of your Britain vacation.
  • If you have any questions at all during the booking process or at any stage prior to travel do not hesitate to contact us again by email or on the numbers provided above. Don't forget our offices are based in the UK and our standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm British time. We do however work later some evenings and are open some Saturdays during busy periods - if we are not available when you call, simply leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
