Continuing North we head for the grandiose city of York where we walk along the famous Shambles where the medieval buildings lean over the cobbled street below and see the magnificent York Minster, Northern Europe's largest gothic cathedral. View the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Arthur's Seat before enjoying an informative and engaging guided visit inside Edinburgh Castle itself. Your choice of sightseeing means you can choose to visit Edinburgh's Camera Obscura instead of the castle if preferred.
